At Designer Interiors, our desire is to serve you by meeting your individual design needs. Of  course, each project varies with its needs, but our goal is to assist you in developing a space that reflects you and functions to the best of its abilities for you and those using it. Through an informal interview to discuss your project and discover what you love, enjoy and are passionate about, we can help you develop a plan to achieve a design all your own. 

Our goal

You may find sometimes that a designer wants to make a project have “their” look, or signature. Our goal, at Designer Interiors, is to have YOUR signature on the project — design that truly reflects who you are.

Meet Chanda Wahl - Owner & Lead Designer

From a young age, Chanda knew she wanted to be an interior designer.  Even before she knew what it was.  After researching and learning what an interior designer does, she knew it was the thing she wanted to do.  Chanda pursued her degree and graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Interior Design.  Following internships in Billings, MT she started as an Assistant Designer at Kibler & Kirch in Red Lodge, MT.  

It was through this incredible experience she was able to receive valuable mentoring and practical experience.  After a family move to Alaska she launched her own design business, Designer Interiors.  With an extraordinary eye for detail and a gift for transforming spaces and environments Designer Interiors grew dramatically. In the winter of 2019, she celebrated a dream come true to relocate Designer Interiors’ home base to Red Lodge.

Chanda has been designing for more than 25 years. She loves collaborating with people to transform their space and make it more than they thought possible. She is exceptional at making their visions come true in creating interiors that are individually theirs.

Brian has held many jobs in his life: sales, teacher, pastor and insurance agent to name a few. When the opportunity arose for someone to help run the business side of Designer Interiors, he knew he wanted to take on a new challenge.
